6. Shipping & Risk

Aventris ships research materials using secure packaging and appropriate handling.
Once shipped, title and risk transfer to the purchaser. Aventris is not responsible for:

• delays caused by couriers or customs
• loss due to incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer
• damage, degradation, or temperature exposure during transit

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of sterile research compounds, Aventris cannot accept returns
once a product has left our facility. Refunds may be issued only when:
