1. Research-Only Products

All compounds, reagents and materials supplied by Aventris are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research applications only. Our products are not medicines, drugs, supplements, or therapeutic agents and must not be:

• used in humans or animals
• administered, injected, consumed, inhaled, or applied to living organisms
• used for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical or veterinary purposes

By purchasing from Aventris, you confirm that you are a competent laboratory or research professional operating within a controlled research environment.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you certify that you:

• are at least 18 years of age
• are legally permitted to purchase research-use materials in your jurisdiction
• are suitably trained or qualified to handle laboratory research compounds
• will use the products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes
• understand that Aventris does not permit any unlawful or improper use

3. No Medical Advice

Aventris does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. All information on this site is provided solely for:

• scientific reference,
• laboratory documentation,
• research-material identification and verification.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as guidance for human or animal use.

4. Order Acceptance & Availability

Aventris reserves the right to:

• accept or decline any order,
• verify laboratory or research credentials before fulfillment,
• limit quantities or restrict access to certain items,
• cancel orders if misuse or non-compliance is suspected.

All products are offered subject to stock availability and batch turnover.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in the checkout area and may change without notice. Aventris may restrict payment to low-risk methods such as:

• PayID / Australian bank transfer
• Direct deposit

Orders are not shipped until full cleared payment is received.

6. Shipping & Risk

Aventris ships research materials using secure packaging and appropriate handling. Once shipped, title and risk transfer to the purchaser. Aventris is not responsible for:

• delays caused by couriers or customs
• loss due to incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer
• damage, degradation, or temperature exposure during transit

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of sterile research compounds, Aventris cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. Refunds may be issued only when:

• the wrong product was shipped, or
• there is a documented defect or quality issue verified by our team.

8. Compliance, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity

Handling, storage, experimentation, and disposal of research materials involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase and use of Aventris products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aventris from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse, improper handling, storage, experimentation, disposal, or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, product design, branding, and verification systems—is the intellectual property of Aventris and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

10. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Aventris’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW.
