Maximum Liability: In no event shall Aventris's total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

6. Import, Possession & Local Regulations

It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with:

• Customs requirements, declarations, and import permits
• Controlled substance regulations and analogue laws
• Institutional policies, ethics committee requirements, and approval processes

7. Batch Verification Reports (BVRs) & Quality Documentation

Aventris provides Batch Verification Reports (BVRs) compiled from manufacturer-supplied analytical data for informational and traceability purposes only.

How BVRs Are Compiled:

• Aventris sources materials from qualified manufacturers who provide original Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Manufacturer COAs are reviewed against Aventris quality control standards prior to acceptance
• BVRs are compiled from verified manufacturer data, presenting key analytical specifications in a standardized format
• Aventris does not conduct independent in-house analytical testing; all data originates from manufacturer documentation
• Manufacturer-identifying details are excluded from BVRs to protect supply chain integrity and commercial relationships

Important Limitations:

• BVR data reflects manufacturer testing at time of production and does not constitute independent verification by Aventris

8. Order Screening & Refusal Rights

Aventris reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or delay any order at our sole discretion, including where:

• Order patterns, quantities, or frequencies suggest personal use rather than institutional research
• Customer refuses to provide appropriate institutional affiliation, research context, or qualification information
• Customer has a history of policy violations, chargebacks, or problematic orders
• Aventris suspects misuse, diversion, resale to unauthorized parties, or illegal activity
• Delivery address is residential rather than institutional/laboratory
• Customer's jurisdiction has unclear or prohibitive regulations

Aventris is not obligated to provide reasons for order refusal and will issue refunds for cancelled orders where payment has been processed.
